At Simply Beauty in Ringwood, we want you to leave the salon feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and revived. We have built our salon with care, love and passion and we want to ensure our treatments and customer service are second to none.

That’s why we’ve put together our tips and guidelines to help make your time with us at Simply Beauty as relaxing and hassle free as possible.

Late arrivals:

If you should arrive late for your appointment your treatment will still end at the scheduled time in order that the next client is not delayed.

​

Cancellations:

We understand that there may be times when it is unavoidable to cancel an appointment, so we ask that, where possible, you give 24hrs notice otherwise a fee may be charged.

​

Mobile Phone:

We respectfully request that mobile phones are turned off while in the salon.

​

Children:

We understand at times it is necessary to bring your children to the salon, however, we politely ask parents and guardians to be mindful of other treatments going on and the importance of keeping the noise down to create a relaxing environment for all. Please be aware that you are responsible for your child’s safety while they are in the salon. Thank you.

Waxing:

Please freshen up before attending a waxing appointment and if you are unsure if you should have this type of treatment due to skin irritations or health issues, please contact the salon before you arrive for your appointment.
