SALON ETIQUETTE

Late arrivals: If you should arrive late for your appointment your treatment will still end at the scheduled time in order that the next client is not delayed.

Cancellations: We understand that there may be times when it is unavoidable to cancel an appointment, so we ask that, where possible, you give 24hrs notice otherwise a fee may be charged.

Mobile Phone: We respectfully request that mobile phones are turned off while in the salon.

Children: If you should need to bring children to your appointment, we would respectfully request that they are quiet and well behaved, so as not to disturb or interrupt your therapist and any other therapist or clients. If this is not the case you may be asked to leave the salon before your appointment time has ended. Please also be aware that you are fully responsible for your child’s safety while in the salon.
