WHAT IS THREADING?
Threading is a natural method of hair removal which originates from the Middle East.
Threading can be used on all areas of the face and body.
The hair is lifted out from the root, and skin is left feeling smooth with long lasting results.
Threading is a fast and effective treatment with finer and decreased re-growth.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
By twisting the thread and creating a trap, hairs are caught and forced out by the root.
The back and forth rapid movement of the thread removes the unwanted hair efficiently.
Threading is so precise that even a single hair can be easily removed.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Threading on the eyebrows and upper / lower lip lasts for 2-4 weeks and facial hair on the sides lasts from 4-8 weeks.
DO YOU NEED TO BE QUALIFIED?
Yes threading should only be carried out by a fully qualified therapist that has attended a specialist certificated training course.

GENERAL WAXING AFTER CARE INFORMATION
It is essential to take speacial care of your skin after your wax treatment and contact your therapist if you experience any persistent redness and irritation.
It is suggested that the following is avoided for 24 - 48 hours after treatment:
Sunbathing - natural and artificial, friction from tight clothing, swimming, hot baths or showers, highly perfumed soaps and body lotions.
